Compared to the last few months April has been relatively
hard, mostly down to the change in the weather with only a
few days inshore producing bream, however the speices list
has
increased a lot including plenty of mackerel, dabs, some
plaice and very big wrasse.
The offshore fishing has in comparison been very good when its
been possible to get out there, with lots of medium sized
pollack, the odd ling and huge congers.
On the couple of times we managed midrange fishing
it was quite good with some lovely big blondes,
smoothounds and tope with the odd bullhuss.
Lets hope the weather improves for May, a couple of
warmish days should see the bream go mad.
